1Rinse chicken off and trim excess fat
2Put 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar in a pan
3Place chicken in pan rolling both sides in vinegar
4Season both sides to taste
5Place thighs bone down and sprinkle white sugar across the top of all the chicken (allows the flavor to be sealed in).
6Turn grill on low. Spray Pam on grill
7Cook chicken on low for 45 min or until cooked all the way through.
8Have a empty pan and a bowl of Bubba Q’s BBQ sauce ready at the grill.
9Once you take the chicken off the grill immediately dip in the sauce and put into empty pan (allows the heat to soak up the sauce).

1 pack chicken legs
1 pack chicken thighs
Dry Ingredients
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash seasoning salt
1 dash oregano
1 dash paprika
1 cup white sugar
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
